Use the fixed gear shaft with driveshaft adapter in conjunction with the 8984 transmission output gear to eliminate the center differential in the Maxx®. Eliminating the center differential applies equal power to front and rear differentials for maximum power transfer. (Eliminating the center differential requires the use of 8950X or 8996X steel CV driveshafts)
